Fireworks and Open Fire Restrictions

To the residents of the Municipality of Campbell’s Bay :

In accordance with Sections 5 and 8 of By-Law S.Q. 2011-03 concerning nuisances, it is prohibited to:

  1.  to use firecrackers and fireworks without authorization from the Municipality during special events.
  2.  to have an open fire and/or bonfire on the territory of the Municipality of Campbell’s Bay.

All outdoor fires must be under constant supervision and in a specially designed outdoor CSA certified fireplace with a spark protector.
We recommend monitoring the SOPFEU website, sopfeu.qc.ca, for current updates regarding the level of risk for fires.
