Les inspecteurs d’évaluation foncière de la MRC Pontiac feront des visites à domicile au cours des prochaines semaines dans notre municipalité. Nous vous demandons de bien vouloir les accueillir sur votre propriété pour faire leur travail.

Le service d’évaluation de la MRC de Pontiac effectue des inspections dans la municipalité pour une ou plusieurs des raisons suivantes :

1. Mise à jour de l’inventaire du fichier immobilier (visite obligatoire au moins tous les 9 ans pour s’assurer que les informations dont nous disposons sur votre propriété sont toujours valide et précis).

2. Enquête suite à l’achat de votre propriété. (visite obligatoire pour collecter certaines informations pour une étude de marché suite à l’achat de votre propriété).

3. Permis de construction / de rénovation / de démolition. (visite obligatoire suite à la délivrance d’un permis de construction, de rénovation ou de démolition par votre municipalité).

📣🏡🏘 La MRC de Pontiac souhaite consulter ses résidents et commerçants sur leurs besoins et enjeux en matière de logement. Le manque de logement dans la MRC de Pontiac est une situation critique et joue énormément sur l’économie de la région et la disponibilité et qualité des services de proximité. Cette consultation s’adresse à la fois aux propriétaires résidentiels, aux locataires, ainsi qu’aux employeurs, pour qui le manque de logements accentue la pénurie de la main-d’œuvre.
