Lors de ces opérations, vous pourriez être sujets à certains désagréments tels que : bruits insolites et faibles odeurs. Il est conseiller de garder le couvercle de vos toilettes fermé. Please be advised that the Municipality will proceed, today, April 15 with the cleaning of the sanitary sewer system. During these operations, you may be subject to certain inconveniences such as: unusual noise and weak smells. It is recommended to keep the lid of your toilet bowl closed. 💬 Panels de discussion avec des élues municipales

Dans le cadre de notre projet « En route vers ma première campagne municipale », nous organisons une série de panels de discussion dans trois MRC de la région ainsi qu’à la Ville de Gatineau, en présence d’élues invitées pour partager leur expérience et leur engagement en politique municipale.

Elles témoigneront de leur parcours, des réflexions qui ont guidé leur engagement et de ce qui les a motivées à faire le saut en politique municipale.

Vous êtes une femme et vous souhaitez en apprendre davantage sur l’engagement municipal ?
Ces panels sont l’occasion idéale pour échanger avec des élues et mieux comprendre les réalités du milieu politique.

🚽📢‼️Un rappel amical de notre technicienne et équipe de travaux publics:
« LES LINGETTES JETABLES NE SONT PAS JETABLES » Les lingettes, couches et chiffons de nettoyage obstruent les canalisations et entraînent des milliers de dollars en dommages et coûts de nettoyage chaque année. La municipalité remercie les usagers de jeter les lingettes jetables à la poubelle ou d’utiliser une option réutilisable en cotton. 🚽📢‼️A friendly reminder from the Technician and Public Works Team this morning:
« FLUSHABLE WIPES ARE NOT FLUSHABLE! » Flushing wipes, diapers and Swiffer cloths block the municipal sewer system causing damage and increasing maintenance costs. The Municipality thanks all users for disposing wipes in the garbage or for using an eco friendly alternative such as reusable cotton cloths.

La Direction régionale de l’Outaouais du Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation du Québec – MAMH tiendra une séance d’information publique virtuelle la semaine prochaine, soit le 11 mars 2025 à 19h, à l’intention des personnes intéressées à poser leur candidature aux prochaines élections municipales.

Cette séance sera l’occasion d’en apprendre davantage sur les rôles et les responsabilités des élues et élus, des municipalités et des conseils municipaux. Les étapes à entreprendre pour poser sa candidature et les ressources d’accompagnement postélectorales seront également présentées.

The Outaouais Regional Office of the Ministère des Affaires municipales et de l’Habitation du Québec – MAMH will be holding a virtual public information session next week, on March 11, 2025, at 7:00 p.m., for anyone interested in running as a candidate in the upcoming municipal elections.

This session will be an opportunity to learn more about the roles and responsibilities of elected officials, municipalities, and municipal councils. The steps to take to submit your candidacy as well as the post-election support resources available will also be presented.
